5 Most Dangerous Steroids and Supplements You Must Avoid (Part 2)

In the first part of this article, I shared with you two of the most dangerous steroids and supplements that you must avoid at all costs. If you haven’t read it, make sure to check it out here.

Now, as promised, I’ll share three more substances that can have extremely detrimental effects on your health. So make sure to avoid these as well!

I hope, by the end of this article you’ll share my view on these absurd steroids and supplements. Getting big fast by taking a huge risk to your life? Certainly not worth it!

More Dangerous Steroids and Supplements

#3 Erythropoietin (EPO)
This drug is often used by athletes who’re looking to boost their endurance. Most frequently it’s used by cyclists and long-distance runners.

EPO is a hormone that is produced by kidneys, and its function is to stimulate the bone marrow to produce more red blood cells. When taken in synthetic form, however, it increases the number of red blood cells so much, that it leads to detrimental health consequences. With an intake of EPO blood thickens, which increases the risk of heart attacks, blood clots, and strokes. It is extremely dangerous and can be lethal. Avoid EPO at all costs!

#4 Fluoxymesterone/ Halotestin
Fluoxymesterone, or halotestin, is popular among strengths athletes and powerlifters, as well as boxers and MMA fighters. This anabolic steroid is associated with the increase in weight, muscle size, power, strength but also aggression.

Just like mibolerone and insulin, fluoxymesterone can cause severe liver damage and for this reason, is not recommended… at all! Risks and potential side-effects outweigh the positives for sure.

#5 2,4-Dinitrophenol (DNP)
This supplement is used by bodybuilders to burn fat. Sounds harmless, right? Well,
no… It is also used in the production of dyes, preservatives, and pesticides, and for that exact
reason, it’s highly dangerous to you. But what exactly does it do?

This dietary supplement leads to a loss of between 400 and 500 grams of fat per day, as it speeds up the metabolism by up to a 50%! This has numerous negative consequences, including increased body temperature. What makes DNP even more dangerous, is that our body doesn’t build any tolerance to it, as it would with some other supplements.

In other words, your body temperature will keep increasing with higher quantities of DNP. If you take too much, you can overdose; the temperature increases so much that it causes permanent damage to your brain and other organs. You can literally cook yourself! Clearly, DNP’s something not to play with...

Final thoughts…

If you haven’t already, I hope you’ll change the way you look at these steroids and supplements after reading this. The five substances, that we talked about both parts of this article, are to be avoided, as the consequences might be dire. Your health and your life are not something to be played with. Now it’s up to you. Think twice before even coming close to these substances! It’s for your own good.
